Oral Presentation Fluency
Read aloud for an audience with appropriate volume, pacing, and engagement techniques.

Poetry and Dramatic Reading
Read poetry with sophisticated attention to meter, rhythm, and emotional expression; perform dramatic scenes.

Silent Reading Fluency
Develop efficient silent reading with speed, comprehension, and internal prosody.

Match reading rate to purpose: skimming, scanning, close reading, and recreational reading.

Advanced Fluency Integration
Integrate all FL-5 skills and prepare for the checkpoint assessment.
Objective: Students will demonstrate integrated advanced fluency including prosodic reading, academic text fluency, extended stamina, presentation skills, poetry/drama, silent reading, and purposeful rates.45 minutes
